I work with folks who are navigating the weird, in-between seasons of life — whether that’s questioning what you’re wanting in life, releasing old patterns, or just trying to get through the day without feeling overwhelmed by it all. my clients are often deep feelers, creatives, people-pleasers, and self-reflective humans who are ready to not just reflect, but start to understand and move forward.

  • you're in your 20s or 30s, feeling a little lost, burnt out, or like you're “falling behind”

  • you’ve always been the strong one, but you're exhausted from holding it all together

  • you’re navigating anxiety, constant stress, or a nervous system that feels stuck in overdrive

  • you have childhood experiences or relational patterns that are showing up in ways that don’t feel good anymore

  • you’re craving softness, clarity, and authentic connection — to yourself and others

  • you want support that’s grounded, creative, and tailored for you.

a few a’s to q’s you may have about the therapy process

  • before we meet, I’ll send over a few forms via email to help me understand what’s bringing you to therapy, how I can support you, and a few agreements for our work together. you’ll receive a Zoom link for our session, which will be the same every time! once we touch base on the paperwork, we’ll move slowly and intentionally, with no pressure to dive in too deep too fast. you’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable — this is your space, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. there are no requirements or ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to have a first session :)

  • I ask that new clients begin with weekly sessions. as a trauma and relational therapist, I believe consistency is essential for building trust, safety, and momentum in the work. meeting weekly supports your nervous system in feeling more grounded and connected, especially in the early stages of therapy. over the next 3-5 months, we can revisit the frequency together based on your needs and what feels supportive.

  • totally okay — you don’t need to come in with a plan! sometimes therapy is about exploring the thoughts, sensations, and emotions that are already living just under the surface. I’ll help guide the process when you’re feeling a little unsure where to go!

  • I believe therapy should be accessible. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spaces and check in every three months to see if continued financial support is helpful.

  • Yes! I offer secure online therapy sessions via Zoom for clients anywhere in Colorado or Idaho. all you need is a private space and a stable internet connection!

  • I am so excited you’re interested in getting started! the first step to starting therapy with me is to fill out my new client contact form!

    once I receive it, I’ll reach out within 48-72 business hours to schedule a free 15-minute call. This call is a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit to work together!

    if it feels right, we’ll then schedule your first appointment. before we meet, I’ll send over a few documents for you to complete!
