My Rates

60 Minute Session: $200

Sliding Scale: $110 - $200

I believe mental health care should be accessible.

to support financial accessibility in my practice, I offer a sliding scale rate using the Green Bottle Method, a model created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk of Worts + Cunning Apothecary. this approach honors the reality that financial situations are complex and deeply personal.

you’re invited to self-select the rate that best reflects your current financial circumstances. no proof of income is required, I trust you to choose the rate that aligns with your needs with honesty and compassion.

we’ll check in every 90 days to reassess your rate and make sure it still feels like a good fit. you're also welcome to request a change at any time if your circumstances shift.
